Dispatcher

A vehicle dispatcher is required. Responsibilities include:

- constant service in the field of organization and coordination of transportation

- ensuring the liquidity of executed orders, by agreement day/evening/night work

- control of drivers' work on the operation of vehicles and compliance with working hours

- planning of international transport routes, verification of accompanying documents, high-quality and timely provision of services

- Work in the GPS-tracking system and phone calls, building and tracking routes for drivers

- Analysis of actual routes

- solving current issues arising in the process of delivery of goods

- Accounting and document management

- Knowledge of office programs

- Work in a modern intuitive transport management system (knowledge of the Loctraker program will be an advantage)

- Maintenance of transport orders

- control over the progress of transportation from the moment of the client's order to unloading

- Responding to any changes in the supply chain

- ensuring the flow of information between the client and the carrier

Requirements:

Knowledge of EU geography

Knowledge of the AETR regime (work-rest regimen)
